Their plant-based dessert is a game-changer for two vegan rivals, but their starter leaves their other guests - fellow Indian restaurateurs - feeling cold. Next up, will Alice and Alex's pizza fingers and meat-free burgers impress their rivals' picky palettes, at their vegan restaurant, V-Edge, in Middlesbrough? The night ends on a high as the rival restaurateurs reveal their previous professions and share unusual impressions alongside the dessert. Finally, Shay and Syed host at their traditional family-run Indian restaurant, Sheesh Mahal, in Hartlepool. After two strong nights, will their lamb alternative wow their vegan guests?
