Andrea saves an anniversary with some emergency heart-shaped balloons and we get a masterclass in how to do a "Four Seasons romantic turndown".
Elsewhere around the hotel, florist Ros has her hands full with a last-minute order of 500 mixed roses for a very particular guest, Chef Benjamin celebrates a very special anniversary, the 150th visit of superfan diner Mary and a Very Important Pooch gets a five star welcome.
Plus there's love in the Four Seasons family with a "bromance" in the engineering department, an exciting opportunity for a much-loved room attendant from Ukraine, and a fond farewell for one of the veteran stewards.
