BiographyIsabelle Van Hecke (Wevelgem, 1977) is a Flemish actress. She mainly plays theater and is also known for the Flemish sitcom Kiekens. Van Hecke graduated in 2000 from the Studio of the Herman Teirlinck Institute, where she later also taught. At the Toneelhuis, she worked with Luk Perceval (Het kouwe kind and Turista), Titus Muizelaar (Belgian landscapes, Licht ongemakkelijk), Thomas Zielinski (Meeting people is easy) and Eric Volder (Au nom du père), among others. Together with Olympique Dramatique she made De Krippel, De Jossen and The lieutenant of Inishmore. She also worked with Froe Froe (De Vinger en de Mond and Marcelleke Flanneleke), HETPALEIS, BRONKS, Theater Antigone, Het gevolg and theater STAP. With the new company 'Jan' she made Je ne comprends pas and Thierry.
