
Maia Mitchell
In America, Mitchell garnered recognition with her breakthrough role starring opposite Ross Lynch in the Disney Channel musical films Teen Beach Movie (2013) and Teen Beach 2 (2015), for which she also performed for the soundtracks, both of which featured on the US Billboard 200. Her career progressed with the leading role of Callie Adams Foster in the Freeform drama series The Fosters (2013–2018) and its sequel Good Trouble (2019–2024), the latter of which she also produced. Returning to Australia in the 2020s, she starred as Lady Belle Fox in the Disney+ period comedy drama series The Artful Dodger (2023–present). On film, Mitchell starred alongside Timothée Chalamet in the crime film Hot Summer Nights (2017) and had leading roles in the comedies Never Goin' Back (2018) and The Last Summer (2019).
