BiographyDavid Samuel Cohen (born July 13, 1966), better known as David X. Cohen, is an American television writer. He wrote for The Simpsons, penning such episodes as "Lisa the Vegetarian" and "The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show". He coined the word cromulent for the episode "Lisa the Iconoclast". He co-developed the animated television series Futurama with Simpsons creator Matt Groening.
