BiographyAdrien Nicholas Brody (born April 14, 1973) is an American actor. Best known for roles in dramas, generally biographical, with a career spanning three decades, his career is marked by roles in independent films and box office hits. His accolades include two Academy Awards, a British Academy Film Award and a Golden Globe Award, in addition to nominations for three Primetime Emmy Awards and a Laurence Olivier Award. In 2025, Time magazine listed him as one of the world's 100 most influential people.
Brody started his career in the early 1990s, appearing in a number of roles in his early career, including King of the Hill (1993), The Thin Red Line (1998), and Summer of Sam (1999).
