BiographyRalph Raymond Andrews (1945 – January 31, 2006) was an American murderer, rapist, and suspected serial killer who was convicted of two murders in Illinois, committed decades apart in 1972 and 1991. Besides these crimes, he was suspected of other murders in Cook County and the neighboring state of Michigan dating back to the early 1970s, but was never successfully convicted for any of them.

Andrews died serving two life sentences for his confirmed murders in 2006.
