Homeowner Tony Savvas has been working his way around his large beach home, knocking off project after project. Now he's come to the last project, a major kitchen renovation. He wants to update the space by putting in cabinets, appliances, a wetbar with built-ins, and crown molding. To block the fierce wind and the view of his neighbor's house, Tony also wants to close up a window.
