Making Room for Babies
When homeowners Mike and Sarah Costello bought their home seven years ago, it had plenty of space for them. But three kids later, they find themselves running out of room. Host and licensed contractor John DeSilvia steps in to help them with a solid plan to convert the unfinished attic into a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and bath. From framing out walls to installing new fixtures, the Costellos have a lot of work on their hands. With a little help from Mike Sr., will they be able to finally create the much-needed space for their growing familly and stay under budget?
