Dwayne and Maxine Ziegler recently closed on their home. They love the space, but it hasn't been updated in 75 years, so needless to say, the house is a real fixer-upper opportunity! First up, they want to tackle the master bedroom and bath, creating a walk-in closet in the bedroom and replacing the tile, tub, and cabinets in the bathroom, then relocating the toilet. Having just spent money on the purchase of the house, they're looking to save as much as possible on the renovation. Will host John DeSilvia be able to help the Zieglers claim their bedroom and bath and still keep the spending down?
