Eddie finds another dog,Ruby, that is going through the same thing he is however she only has one deed to go.Determined not to lose her now, he devises a plan to keep her from getting her last deed. Meanwhile, Tori signs up to single handedly run the school charity carnival.Justin and Eddie make a bet that Justin can't do a good deed before Eddie. If Justin wins Eddie has to be his personal vallet for a day, if Eddie wins Justin has to eat dog food for breakfast.Justin says he'll help Tori with the carnival, but refuses to be the soak-a-bloak(guy in the dunk tank).Ruby catches on to Eddies plan and gets mad at him. Justin realises helping with the cotton candy isn't doing a good deed and helping Tori. He decides to be the soak-a-bloak and wins the bet. A man runs up and takes the money the carnival raised and both Eddie and Ruby go after him. Eddie takes a dive so that Ruby can get her last deed and become human again, for this Eddie also recieves a deed.
