Filip och Fredrik har hört ryktas om mannen som brukar synas joggandes runt i Stockholm iklädd strumpor, skor och shorts. Han kallas för Tarzan får de veta när de söker efter honom i ett bostadsområde i Fittja. Killarna har en teori om att det är i protest mot det kalla vädret som Domenico Lo Sinno klär av sig och joggar runt halvnaken året runt. Men det visar sig att han har ett slags naturvetenskaplig tes om att huden anpassar sig till temperaturen i luften. Självklart hoppar Filip och Fredrik ur kläderna och joggar runt enligt Domenicos anvisningar… Carl Braunerhielm är en omtalad bohem och museiguide, känd i hela Eskilstuna. Han bor centralt i en liten stuga full med allsköns skrot och målade barrlösa julgranar. Carl älskar juldekorationer och flanerar gärna rökandes cigarr. Han berättar att han äter all mat på samma tallrik, utan att diska, och låter godmodigt lille Fredrik tända ett tomtebloss – men då får han lova att tindra ordentligt med ögonen.
