The chef learns how to eat samsa properly and tries horse meat steak. The second episode of the show is a trip to Kazan.

Sasha Belkovich's culinary journey continues in Samara, on the banks of the Volga. The chef tries Italian, Georgian and Pan-Asian Samara cuisine, catches the Volga vibe and eats crayfish on the beach. 

What is the correct name for the inhabitants of Suzdal? Where is the best place to have breakfast in Vladimir? The chef will answer these intriguing questions - in this issue, a journey through the Vladimir region. 

New issue - new city. Alexander Belkovich has breakfast with a calla of five types of fish, chooses the best of the hostels in the city center and drives around Nizhny on a motorcycle.

Sasha is met by the first snow in the capital of the Urals! We will walk around the city, try ferns, giant chebureks and chocolate with porcini mushrooms, but first of all we will taste the most correct dumplings (certainly with mayonnaise!).
