Season 1
Follows the journey of a time traveler from the post-apocalyptic future who appears in present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will eventually decimate the human race.

Season 2
Cole and Cassie must travel to different time periods to stop The Army of the 12 Monkeys, who seek to unravel time itself. Plus: The identity of the leader of the Army, the Witness, is revealed.

Season 3
With the identity of the Witness - the engineer of the reality ending Army of the 12 Monkeys - now known, Cole and his allies must travel through different eras in history to stop him.

Season 4
In Season 4, James Cole and Dr. Cassandra Railly set out on an epic quest, traveling further back in time than they have ever been before. According to legend, their only hope lies with a weapon capable of stopping the Witness for good. But they'll soon discover that in order to win the final battle and save time itself, they will have to make the ultimate sacrifice.

Doc
Doc centers on the hard-charging, brilliant Dr. Amy Larsen, Chief of Internal and Family Medicine at Westside Hospital in Minneapolis. After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
