Episode 1
Six well-known Danes - Iben Hjejle, Signe Lindkvist, Esben Dalgaard, Simon Jul, Mich 'Cutfather' Hansen and Anne Louise Hassing - throw themselves into a tough course of 12 weeks, where they have to give everything they have in them, for to get their dream body. No bad excuses or shortcuts apply here if they want to achieve goals for and healthier lives. It turns out to be a shock start for everyone, with Simon Jul going too hard on it with a strict diet and hard training and smoking in the hospital due to his diabetes.
Episode 2
Simon Jul is back in the game, but is five days behind in the course. Food is no longer a pleasure for Simon, and to that extent it goes against his food-loving nature. Iben Hjejle and Signe Lindkvist cannot overlook the tight meal plans and home training. They promise Tor to get back on the horse, but can they keep it? After a flying start, Cutfather hit the wall. He lacks energy and the competitive person in him is having a hard time. Esben Dalgaard juggles training and diet food boxes during the breaks at his jobs, and even though he has gone all in on the course, he feels pressured and can never look at it. And Anne Louise Hassing feels sorry for herself - she thinks there is just a legally long way back to the tight ass she dreams of.
Episode 3
Esben can not find balance in the process. Exercise and the physical are not a problem, but the mental begins to gnaw. Signe does not get to train very much after Iben has been bitten by training alone. Tor makes a demand on Signe: She has to train for a whole week, without bad excuses. Anne Louise, on the other hand, has taken Thor's criticism to heart and gets her heart rate up, even though she hates it and thinks there is too much man training in the process. Cutfather gets into an accident and injures his foot, and it knocks the otherwise so targeted Cutfather off course.
Episode 4
Cutfather and Anne Louise Hassing train together after Cutfather's injury, and that gives Anne Louise the motivation she needs. Cutfather, however, thinks the whole thing is a bit heavy with half of the course left. But he has lost so much that the reactions of his surroundings to his weight loss make him hang on. After a week of filming the Christmas calendar on Funen, Esben finally has time for his family. But Esben still connects fun and social things with everything he is not allowed to enjoy. And for the first time in her life, Signe sets foot in a gym to abide by the deal she's made with Tor. But she hates all that.
Episode 5
Signe has not trained for over 12 days in a row, and that puts Thor's patience to the test. Cutfather has lost so much that he has no more holes left in his belt, and he must therefore go shopping, which gives a huge surprise in the rehearsal room. Simon has been giving that gas in recent weeks and has come a long way with his weight loss. Anne Louise is slowly seeing the benefits of physical exercise - it's goodbye to grandma's arm, and maybe getting your heart rate up is not so stupid after all? And then Esben has to keep a secret from his family.
