The first bootcamp takes place between steep mountains and deep fjords in Stryn. The surroundings offer spectacular challenges, but are the participants ready?

Martin has discovered that the participants have poor fitness, but what about the strength? Martin arranges a wild ending to the first camp.
I gang med hverdagen
The participants are starting their new everyday life at home. Are they able to follow Anette's diet plan? How do they solve the training without a screaming Martin?
Trugetur på vidda
Have the participants done the work they were asked to do since the last bootcamp? Martin immediately sends them out on Hardangervidda on snowshoes.
Rom for forbedring
There is great room for improvement and the participants must take this into their everyday life at home. Elin Tvedt receives a challenge from Martin.
Trening i solsteken
The trip goes to Gran Canaria for bootcamp number three, but there are no lazy days in the sun ahead. Martin has rigged up some tough training seekers.

The bootcamp on Gran Canaria continues unabated. One thing's for sure, no one will look at dunes the same way after they're done!

The big goal of the season is approaching, and the participants must prepare to the maximum. It is in everyday life that the real work is done, and there is no room for sloppiness!
Langtur i Nordmarka
The last bootcamp before the serious hour in Vesterålen is on its way! Martin takes the participants on a proper long trip in Nordmarka in Oslo to test their form.
24-timersløpet
The participants have 24 long, hard hours ahead of them in Bø in Vesterålen. Has Martin set the list too high or will there be cheers in the midnight sun?
