2012 marked the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Borodino and the expulsion of Napoleonic troops from the Russian Empire. The film continues the theme of the Patriotic War of 1812 and invites viewers to remember the events of 1813-1815, which are less known to a wider audience. This is a story about the path traveled by the Russian army from the burning of Moscow to Paris: about the battles of Dresden and Kulm, about the defeat of the French near Leipzig, about the military actions of Russian troops in France. The viewer will learn the details of Napoleon's abdication and his first exile to the island of Elba, the unexpected return of the French emperor, the hundred days of his reign and the final defeat of his army...
