Episode 1
In the first episode, Michael investigates their digestive health and starts them out on a new training plan in conjunction with GP and fitness trainer Dr Folusha Oluwajana.

Episode 2
Michael gathers the five volunteers together for a rooftop high-intensity training session with Dr Folusha Oluwajana. Meanwhile, a self-confessed `junk food vegan" makes changes, and the group go cold-water swimming at a balmy eight degrees centigrade.

Episode 3
The journalist and doctor asks five people to put their lives in his hands as he attempts to turn their health around in just 21 days. As the volunteers enter the last week of the experiment, Michael explores how alterations to eating patterns and exercise can do wonders for stress levels. He helps the group members explore their inner motivation before they tackle the final fitness challenge. He also reveals to them how far they've come in 21 days - with some astonishing results.
