The Radfords are back!
As the kids grow older the problems get greater - from relationships breaking down to marriage proposals - this season sees the Radfords challenged in ways they never imagined. Casper is given the chance to fulfil his dream of being a pro footballer when he's invited to a trial, but what happens if he doesn't make the grade?
Bullies try to get the better of Tillie by targeting her disability. But being a Radford means you're made of tough stuff. Tillie won't be deterred from doing what is right and having her much-needed operation. Sophie turns 30 but the last thing she wants to do is celebrate. The dark clouds have gathered and Sophie's distance from her family has taken its toll.
Younger sister Chloe is having none of it so a girls' trip to Amsterdam is booked but leads to disastrous consequences! Noel finally regains the courage to resume his search for his birth mother only to realise he's still not come to terms with the death of his adopted mum.
All this plus the Radford book launch, Daniel plans his Australia move, Aimee trials a career in hairdressing, and a spotlight is shone on the Radford dogs at Dog Fest!

Dreams Don't Always Come True
In the first episode, excitement is building in Morecambe as Noel and Sue prepare to move to their dream home, and Casper lands a prestigious Premier League trial - can he make the grade?
Noel and Sue have long dreamt of one of their 22 kids becoming a superstar so when 11 year old Casper has his heart set on playing football for Liverpool, Noel tries to make this big dream a reality by arranging a trial with Premier League scouts.
But despite Professor Max training up his younger brother with his guaranteed-not-to-fail fitness techniques, Casper fails to make the grade with the football scouts, leaving Noel to break the heartbreaking news.
But in the midst of this, Sue's dream of a big country home comes crashing down, when their chain collapses leaving daughter Chloe to comfort her distraught Mum and remind her of all that they already have.
So with dreams dashed, the family rally round to support each other make new ones. And rising from the ashes, Casper, with the help of his Dad, manages to land a new football team. A new team, and with it, a new dream.

Noel's Midlife Crisis
Sue fears Noel is having a midlife crisis when he turns his back on his work and family. Luke worries his burgeoning relationship with older sister Chloe could be under threat if they keep working together, so drags sibling Aimee along to a jobs fair in Manchester and makes her keep it a secret.

Amsterdam
Chloe arranges a celebratory girls' trip away with Sue and Katie for Sophie's 30th birthday, with the four women heading to the party city of Amsterdam. However, a burlesque dance class followed by a nude sculpture class threatens to make emotional, unconfident Sophie beat a hasty retreat home. Meanwhile, Noel plans to get James and Josh off their computers and grafting by pitting them against each other in a money-making competition.

Fear
Sue's fear of an empty nest is bought to the surface as departure looms for son Daniel's emigration to Australia, but an e-mail from his employer puts his move under threat. Aimee's hairdressing career could be over before it's even started due to her fear of people, and the consequent difficulty of chatting to and interacting with customers. National Pie Week sees Noel deciding to get out and about to hand-deliver pies to his dedicated clientele.

Tillie's Leg
After weeks of his daughter Tillie coming home from school in tears, Noel finds out she is being bullied about her disability. With a hospital appointment pending, will the situation influence Tillie's decision not to have the operation she desperately needs? Sue turns bestselling author after grandchild Daisy's homework project takes off.

Adoption Counselling
Noel's dilemma over whether he should search for his birth mother leads him to seek professional help, and the counselling he receives makes him realise he has not fully dealt with the death of the mother who raised him. Millie's boyfriend Harley wants to adopt Ophelia and provides his own unique twist on proceedings during a Radford family trip to Florida.
