Deciding what to do for the best puts stress levels through the roof and sends one of the adults on a trip to hospital.

Sue's 50th birthday should signal the end of her childbearing years, but she has no menopause symptoms and a specialist says her history of multiple pregnancies could mean she stays fertile well into her sixties. The Radfords decide a line has been crossed and they have to act when a holiday trip to Florida turns sour thanks to some brattish behaviour from their children.
