Season 1
Episodes

South Bound Stinky
Jon and Michelle take on two stories of garbage and phantom odors, as they have 24 hours to transform a house full of junk into a sleek, modern home. But beneath the piles of trash, they face-off against a high-pressure plumbing issue, design disagreements, and their smallest bathroom yet. Even after a grueling, down-to-the-wire renovation, Michelle has to pull off another challenge: sell the house with a potential sale-killer in the basement.

Flips Ahoy in South Amboy
Jon and Michelle set out to transform an outdated single family home into a sleek, modern retreat in just 24 hours. With their project managers Danny and Borges on site, they battle a broken sewer pipe, missing floors, and mismeasured countertops, all while racing against the ticking clock. Mere hours after the renovation is complete, the property hits the open market as the team hosts an open house and hopes to make beaucoup bucks in record time.

Hasbrouck Heights Duplex Delights
Jon and Michelle take on one of their most unique renovations yet--a multi-family home in Hasbrouck Heights. With a deceptively small sounding 2,075 total square feet to renovate, the team has no worries about finishing on time--until the reality of completing five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two full kitchens sinks in. When their overworked and undersized crew begins to fall behind, Jon and Michelle soon realize that this project could be their first failure. Will this pressure cooker of a duplex end up a fantastically profitable flip, or a frustratingly expensive flop?

Flushed in West Milford
Michelle and Jon travel outside of their comfort zone, and area code, to tackle a new challenge in the small lakeside community of West Milford. Located miles away from any supply store, this colossal monster house is a hydra in bathroom form, containing a total of three full baths. As unforeseen challenges arise in all three baths, the crew struggles to finish the renovation on time and on budget. With huge profits hanging in the balance, manpower and supply shortages cause problem after problem--will this gamble pay off? Or will this lakeside renovation crap out?

Raucous in Secaucus
Michelle and Jon take on a two-story home in desperate need of a top to bottom overhaul; after an exhausting 24 hour renovation, Michelle welcomes potential buyers inside for a Sunday open house.

South Bound Brook and Down
With three stories to tackle, Jon and Michelle sign up to renovate one-half of a duplex in South Bound Brook. They up the resale value by installing a new roof, adding a walk-in pantry, and dropping in a brand new garage. But chaos strikes when a cracked pipe delays work in the kitchen and the home's original moldings get damaged throughout the entire house. While Jon puts out fires, Michelle hustles to find buyers in hopes that this complex duplex gets sold.

Storefront Setback in Somerset
Jon and Michelle tackle a new challenge and get commercial. For the first time ever, they're flipping a home attached to a retail space, with a potential for door busting profits. But almost as soon as the hammers start swinging, the project falls behind due to poor communication. Will this be one of Signature's biggest profits of all time, or will they find themselves in retail hell?

Rainy Deal in North Plainfield
Some jobs you do for big profits, some you do just to keep the 24 Hour Flip machine running. To fill a gap in his schedule, Jon takes on a small house in North Plainfield right next to the highway where the profit margins are paper thin. If the renovation goes well, he'll have kept his crew working and the team will pocket a little cash. But if things go sideways (which they will) they could quickly find themselves in the red and threaten the integrity of the entire 24 Hour Flip system.

Flippin' Union
Jon and Michelle set their sights on a four bedroom, one-and-a-half bath split level home in Union, New Jersey. With 24 hours on the clock, they remodel everything and add some special touches, like a custom built-in fireplace and a brand new home office. But after Jon and the guys surprise Michelle with a few design changes, she's less than thrilled. Will she be able to put on a smile and sell this house, or will Jon's reno surprises backfire and cost them big time?

Split Level Gone Wrong in Hopatcong
Jon and Michelle tackle a sprawling, 2,500 square foot house in Hopatcong, New Jersey, an idyllic, lakeside community. But, more house means more problems. The team reaches new depths of despair as they discover tacky wall paneling covering the ground floor, a bathroom with seemingly endless plumbing issues, and potential financial disaster when a local construction official threatens to shut them down.

Green Township Hardship
Jon and Michelle leave the bustling city for the beautiful countryside, only to realize their Dutch Colonial masterpiece needs more than a few brushstrokes to fix. In Green Township, Jon takes on a huge 3100 square foot property with one of his largest crews to date. If he can pull it off, it will rank high among his biggest 24 Hour flip accomplishments. But as he finds out, doubling down doesn't mean an easy win. Are Jon and Michelle ready to take the gamble on a house of this size?

No Heat in Harmony
Jon and the team head way off the beaten path to Harmony Township, NJ to take on one of their biggest (and potentially most profitable) projects yet: a 3800 square foot mansion in the middle of the woods. And while they think the size and location of this house is going to be their biggest challenge, they have no idea what awaits them as they come face to face with a non functioning propane heating system that could upend the entire 24 Hour Flip machine. Will they fix the heating system in time or will Michelle be forced to hold an open house in 20 degree weather?
