Winter Delicacy Ordeals!
Ruizhi, a social media star from China, heads out to the Japanese countryside to help harvest traditional winter delicacies. He tackles Kanten, a food that's made from seaweed and then dried outside in sub-zero temperatures. He catches a kind of whitefish and sorts males from females with his bare hands in freezing spring water. And he gropes for lotus root deep in the wintry mud! If he can accomplish his mission, he may get a chance to sample some classic winter delights. But it won't be easy!

Home moving services in Japan have a reputation for being both thorough and speedy. This time, Chinese social media star Ruizhi gives Japanese moving a try! He begins with a training session. He learns how each and every item is treated with care before getting a chance to work on an actual move. Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
