Vermont
Rachael Ray heads to the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont for a day in the quieter, gentler America of yesteryear - on an olden days budget of $40. Rachel's choices include Manchester's Little Rooster Cafe, Simon Pearce and dessert at the Apple Barn & Country Bake shop.

Oahu, HI

Rachael Ray takes on Bean Town on a $40 budget. She breakfasts at a local farmer's market, gets a great seafood lunch, has a pint of local brew at a Harvard Pub, and has dinner in the famous North end - all on $40-a-Day.

Corpus Christi
Rachael Ray hits Corpus Christi. She checks out Andy's, a homey diner, then hits a new internet find, Laffite's where she lunches. She finds dinner at the Water Street Seafood Company and Oyster Bar, ands ends the evening at Crystal's Restaurant.

Memphis, TN
Join Rachael Ray as she takes a succulent journey through the heart of Blues Country -- from the Home of the King to the Best Little Pork House in Tennessee.

Maui, Hawaii

Nashville, TN
Rachael stops in Nashville, TN. She hits the neighborhood of Hillsboro for some shopping and walking. She starts off at Bongo Java, finds a great lunch at Boulangerie Provence, and dines at F. Scott's, for a late-supper "Dine at Nine" special.

Laguna Beach, CA
Rachael journeys to Laguna Beach. She breakfasts at Coyote Grill, and then grabs a gourmet sandwich from the Zinc Café and Market. Evening brings an art walk and free wine and snacks. Rachael later decides on dinner at the Sundried Tomato Café.

Sedona, AZ
Host Rachael Ray hits the spectacular Southwest in Sedona, AZ with breakfast at L'Auberge de Sedona's outdoor French eatery, Terrace on the Creek. Next it's lunch at The Cowboy Club, and dinner at The Haunted Hamburger.

Palm Springs

The desert sun of Tucson, AZ is almost as hot as the $40 burning a hole in Rachael Ray's pocket. Rachael starts with breakfast at the Cup Café, lunch at Café Poca Cosa, and dinner at The Dish.

Chicago, IL
Rachael Ray toddles into the Windy City of Chicago with a farmer-sized appetite and just $40. She hits Kitsch 'n on Roscoe for breakfast, and Back Stage Bistro for lunch. For dinner she tries Greek Islands, a Greek family restaurant. The evening ends at Navy Pier with macadamia popcorn.

Montreal, Canada
Rachael Ray takes a drive across the border to Montreal, Canada. She first stops at the Italian market, Capitol Grocery and Butcher Shop. Then she's off to Faema, for a cup of coffee. Finally it's breakfast at St. Viateur Bagels, lunch at Stash Café, and dinner at Rick's Café American from Casablanca. She makes her final stop of the day at La Cabane.

Denver, CO
Rachael Ray gets a Rocky Mountain high when she hits Denver. She grabs herself some breakfast in Highland Square. She heads out for a lunch at Parisi. By mid-afternoon, Rachael heads to Wynkoop's for a pint. Finally, she rounds out the day at Le Central.

Aspen, CO
Rachael Ray takes a vacation in Aspen, CO in the summer! Right away, she finds herself a breakfast bargain at Wienerstube. After that, she grabs lunch at Big Wrap. For dinner she heads off to Cache Cache. She's managed to enjoy Aspen for less than $40.

Portland, Maine
Rachael Ray hits the great state of Maine for a seaside visit to Portland. She hits the Public Market, breakfasts at Becky's, a local diner, lunches at Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster, samples some freebies at the Greengrocer, and dines at the Pepperclub.

Santa Fe
Rachael Ray is inspired when she finds herself in Santa Fe, NM. She's off to Pasqual's, and checks out the $5 special at the Cowgirl Hall of Fame. Come dinnertime, Rachael seeks out the Rooftop Cantina. Finally, at La Fonda she enjoys a lemon soufflé.

Adirondacks
Rachael Ray heads for her hometown in upstate New York for some fun on her own turf. She takes a drive down memory lane, then heads to Bolton's Landing and the Algonquin for a favorite fish sandwich. It's a great to be home, especially on $40 for the day.

Cleveland, OH
Rachael Ray rocks when she hits Cleveland, OH. She finds Tommy's, a healthy-hearty neighborhood favorite. After stopping at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Rachael stops in at a Slyman's. Finally, a trip to Little Italy takes her to Trattoria Roman Gardens.

Saratoga, NY
Rachael Ray heads to Saratoga, NY where she picks up a to-go breakfast at The Putnam Market. After a delightful morning, she hooks up with a friend and heads off to Mrs. London's. Later, she meets her daddy at One Caroline Street for a special happy hour drink and realizes she's under budget.
