Newlyweds and New Orleans natives Leona and Gloria race to find their dream house in Chicago just weeks before Leona's new job starts. With a wish list as bold as their personalities, they need space for 400 pairs of shoes, bedrooms on the first floor for elderly visitors, and a large, modern kitchen. Their agent, Shantel, scrambles to deliver. But when their first choice springs a leak, Gloria and Leona realize it could put them underwater. Instead of pulling the plug on their search, the two dive deeper, searching for the one place that can float their boat.
