With their relationship re-evolving as JJ takes on the role of caregiver and Nesh rediscovers herself, their relationship faces its ultimate test as they await the results of Nesh's brain scans and race against time to prepare for their wedding. The story begs the question, can this real-life romance overcome its extraordinary obstacles and achieve the fairy-tale ending they both desire?

With doctors at a loss for what caused her memory loss, Nesh and JJ begin to take matters into their own hands.

A surprise development changes the entire course of Nesh and JJ's relationship. Nesh finds solace in a fellow brain injury victim and inspiration to help others struggling with memory loss. Nesh and JJ travel to Austria for a trip they will never forget.
