As she grapples with the shocking reality that she's an adult about to be married, the couple begins documenting their extraordinary journey online. Their story goes viral, making headlines internationally although they soon discover real life is far more complicated than any romantic comedy. With their relationship re-evolving as JJ takes on the role of caregiver and Nesh rediscovers herself,  their relationship faces its ultimate test as they await the results of Nesh's brain scans and race against time to prepare for their wedding.
