After a drunk night in bed with Nikiforos, Elisavet decides that they can't stay under the same roof anymore and decides to sell the house. When potential buyers arrive, Nikiforos will play some tricks to sabotage the sale. Natalia, who feels sick lately and has a bad mood, gets some extraordinary news.
