Work to Own – As the American wealth gap continues to widen, correspondent Jon Wertheim reports on an unlikely effort to get more money in the hands of rank-and-file workers. Pete Stavros is an executive at one of the biggest private equity firms in the country, KKR. His industry is famously cutthroat, but Stavros has emerged as a leading advocate for the concept of employee ownership, which takes the same incentives that have long helped the C-suite get rich and applies them to people working factories, flatbeds and farms.
