Episodes

Episode 1
The world's longest running reality series is back for the eighteenth time. In 71° north Norwegian nature is served in spectacular fashion when Tom Stiansen guide the new participants through hard trials in majestic scenery, from Lindesnes in the south to the finish line at Nordkapp.

Episode 2
The participants will have to find their way on skis dragging a packed sledge for over twenty kilometers before they'll spend the night under the open sky. The stage offers heavy climbs, challenging descents and a race until the finish line.

Episode 3
Participants start in Jondal and get an aerial adventure along the leg. The losing team will have to do a competition where it is all about having a good memory while keeping a cool head in a stressful situation. The loser will be marked, and are in danger of having to leave in the next episode.

Episode 4
The participants have arrived at Myrkdalen in Hordaland. From here, the two teams will be cycling north, where they among other things have to overcome brutally steep hairpin bends. While team Lindesnes is maintaining a good team spirit and manage to work as a team, the mood isn't as good in team Nordkapp, where members delaying the group are not not well received.

Episode 5
Team Nordkapp and Team Lindesnes are history and from now on they'll all work together as one team. The stage starts in Turtagrø and they will procede towards Store Dyrhaugstinden where those brave enough going all the way to the top will get an advantage further on in the competition.

Episode 6
This stage takes place in a gorge in Romsdalen. Here the participants will carry out different tasks that will test their fear of heights. If they manage to complete the tasks their prize pool increases.

Episode 7
The contestants start in Måndalen near Åndalsnes. For the first time this season they can win a hotel stay if they can solve all the puzzles along the trail, which ends at Svartvasstinden, 1259 meters above sea level.

Episode 8
The next stage starts at Namsvatnet in Nord-Trøndelag and ends in Simskardet in Nordland. The stage is over 50 km, spread over two days and the contestants are assisted by dog sled to get around. If they manage to find five items on the road, the prize pool will increase with 50,000 kroner.

Episode 9
Today's stage starts at north end of Lake Børvatnet in Bodø. The contestants can win phone calls with loved ones if they answer questions correctly on the posts they find on their way to the top of Børtind. If the manage to get back down within the time limit the prize pool will increase with another 50 000 kroner.
