Simon uses his own coaching method to teach Ruthie swimming in the bat tub, to save her embarrassing baby class-lessons, but their parents don't trust it. Eric finds he can't fit his jeans anymore, but jogging only makes him hungry, so he pays Matt to sneak in junk-food.
