Lauren and Steve receive a devastating diagnosis, gay best friends Brandi and Lawrence consider co-parenting, and teens Andrew and Angelina are shocked to find themselves on the journey to parenthood.

Alicia struggles with her faith after learning she is carrying her ninth child. Candace and Tim face heartbreaking news, while non-binary Marnie decides to carry a child.

In a race against time, 50-year old Paula implants her last embryos. Alicia struggles with the reality of her ninth pregnancy, while Priya feels the pressure from Nil's mom to make her a grandmother.

Candace and Tim try one final IVF cycle. Lauren struggles with the  physical challenge of being pregnant with cancer. Teen Angelina  considers her options.

Brandi discovers she's pregnant, while Lawrence's drinking escalates. Non-binary Marnie is implanted with an embryo. Alicia struggles for support around her latest pregnancy.

Marnie and Rebecca learn the fate of their implanted embryo. Surrogate Jessie gets more than she signed up for. Teens Andrew and Angelina decide to meet with an adoption agency.

Lawrence parties, leaving Brandi home alone and frustrated. Alicia  tells Jim she wants her tubes removed. Paula returns to the doctor, hoping for a heartbeat.

Lawrence admits his drinking problem. Angelina and Andrew question whether adoption is the right move, and Lauren faces treatment that risks harming her baby.

Marnie is rushed to the ER. Priya and Nil argue about whose mother should help with the baby, and Lauren and Steve find out their baby might be born straight into the NICU.

Marie meets the daughter she gave up for adoption 20 years ago. Pressing pause on chemo during their third trimester, Lauren and Steve focus on getting Adelyn's weight up. Crissy and Graham worry about miscarrying again. 

Crissy must wait for surgery to protect her baby. Jason and Jessie reveal to Adam that she's carrying triplets. Lauren and Steve prepare induce their premature baby girl.

Lauren and Steve hope to meet a healthy Adelyn. Angelina and Andrew must decide which potential adoptive parents to meet. Adam and Jay weigh Jessie's health with their desire to keep all three babies.

Andrew and Angelina try to keep an open mind as they meet potential parents. Crissy endures a brutal delivery. Adam, Jay and Jessie make a decision about the triplets together.

Paula's water breaks at just 31 weeks, while Alicia struggles with a giant birth. Gay best friends Brandi and Lawrence prepare to get intimate.

Brandi goes into labor, Lauren and Steve anxiously await the results of her PET scan, while Jessie is forced onto bedrest to protect her and the triplets.

Candace and Tim honor Candace's late mother. Lauren and Steve are shocked by the results of her PET scan. Jessie is faced with an unwanted C-section.

Surrogate Jessie struggles with postpartum depression. Priya and Nil are forced to unexpectedly induce. Angelina and Andrew make a big decision without Marie.

Angelina and Andrew meet their daughter and make a final decision on whether or not to give her up for adoption. Marnie and Rebecca deal with the realities of pregnancy. Lauren and Steve settle in to their new life as parents.
