Episode 1
Four-part series following the next generation of emergency workers. Whether firefighter, paramedic, mountain rescuer or coast guard, we follow these new cadets as they undergo intense and gruelling training to find out if they have what it takes to make the grade. The series features new cadets from Foyle Search and Rescue, Galway Fire Service, Mayo Mountain Rescue Team, Dublin Fire Service, National Ambulance Service Ireland, Lough Neagh Search and Rescue and the Irish Coast Guard.
In the first episode, Martin is out on patrol with Foyle Search and Rescue, Niamh begins training with the Galway Fire Service, and Emer becomes a volunteer with Mayo Mountain Rescue Team. They all start out on their training and are learning every day.

Episode 2
In this episode, Emer gets to grips with real-life call-outs with Mayo Mountain Rescue Team, Ruaidhrí begins his training with the Irish Coast Guard in County Donegal, and Fiona completes her first year of training with National Ambulance Service Ireland.

Episode 3
In this episode, Danielle trains to be a coxswain with Foyle Search and Rescue in Derry. Fiona adapts to life on the job with National Ambulance Service Ireland, and Peter begins his paramedic training with the Dublin Fire Brigade.

Episode 4
In the final episode, Daire is training with Lough Neagh Rescue in County Armagh, Peter begins his career as a fully fledged member of the Dublin Fire Brigade, and Niamh faces her most challenging training assessment yet with the Galway Fire Service.

In each episode, contestants are challenged with a signature bake, a technical bake, and a showstopper, with judges critiquing their creations and ultimately selecting a "Star Baker" and eliminating one contestant each week. The show tests their baking skills, creativity, and prowess under pressure.
