Episode 2
A man involved in a car crash needs to be carefully removed from his vehicle to protect his spine. It's also a day when everyday errands go badly wrong. A slip on fallen crab apples in the street leaves a woman in agony with a suspected broken hip. An afternoon spent pottering in the garden ends with a fall headfirst into a brick wall. A bicycle leaves a young man with a swollen kneecap that paramedics suspect is broken, while picking up a prescription from the chemist ends with a collapse and a trip to hospital.

Paramedics help a 15-year-old girl who's trapped in the back of a crashed car. And a chemical attack leaves a woman struggling to breathe.

Episode 4
Paramedics treat a woman who's passed out at work, a man who needs morphine to combat the agony of kidney stones and a man with a painful hernia who's vomiting black blood.

Episode 5
A night out with friends ends badly when a car crashes into two vehicles as police, firefighters and the paramedics attend the scene. In Birmingham, a young woman is found lying collapsed and unconscious in the street, a family night in playing board games ends with a man lying unconscious on the kitchen floor and a young woman whose gall bladder operation has been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic cannot cope with the pain any longer.

A baby has a dangerously high temperature and the paramedics suspect sepsis, and a woman who is pregnant and has tested positive for Covid-19 has had a migraine for seven days.

Paramedics treat a woman who thinks she may be having a heart attack, a bingo caller who feels unwell and a mum-of-nine who's collapsed on her kitchen floor

Episode 10
A night out with friends ends badly when a car crashes into two vehicles, with police, firefighters and paramedics called to the scene. In Birmingham, a young woman is found lying collapsed and unconscious in the street and needs medical help. Paramedics also attend to the needs of an apparently homeless person having difficulty walking in the city centre. Plus, a family night playing board games ends with a man lying unconscious on the kitchen floor.
