Rumors have leaked over the Internet that American multi-billionaire Leo Richter is dying and looking for a single person to inherit his massive $82 billion fortune. People from every part of the world must prove that they deserve it more than anyone else. Meanwhile, the source of the rumors may not be what it seems.

Regan learns more about the rumors that have sprung up over night. Antoine enters the contest hoping to build housing for LGBT youth. Imran, the gangster in Bangladesh, wants to change his ways but is ordered to execute another hit.

A clue to the source of the Leo Richter rumors is discovered. Antoine doubts his ability to prove his intentions. Imran Ali gets in trouble. Julie, an idealist documentarian in Switzerland, needs help.
