Harrison House is a 130-year-old Victorian bed and breakfast that Bryan and Catherine are converting into a boutique hotel; the plan is for a quick renovation, but they soon find out that they're in for a challenge.

Welcome to Your Home Away
After shutting down for over a year, Bryan and Catherine restart their Harrison House project, but the long layoff and unforeseen problems with the renovation mean big dollars; they restart their work focused on the entryway and parlor.

Duel Designers
Bryan and Catherine move upstairs to renovate some of Harrison House's ten guest rooms; despite dividing up the work on the guest suites, they are still struggling to stay on schedule.

First Floor Fixes
Bryan and Catherine have big plans for the lounge and powder room; as HVAC and fire safety costs mount, they don't know if they'll have enough money to finish the way they want to.

Deluxe Additions
Bryan and Catherine make two changes to the Harrison House's footprint: a sunroom and a back addition for a second staircase; both spaces have a lot of potential, but they have very different design plans.

The Grand Opening
After more than two years, Bryan and Catherine can see the finish line. But they must settle on the exterior finishes so they can show off the house to the artisans and friends who helped bring the vision to life. It's a race to the celebratory reveal.
