Emily and Dave from West Yorkshire throw themselves into new careers as publicans in a French village. In Spain, B&B owner Emma launches new events to drive up bookings, and Nigel and Fede, who've left behind their lives in Bath, start a challenging renovation to bring an abandoned guesthouse back to its former glory in a beautiful whitewashed village.

Emily and Dave face a steep learning curve as they prepare their French pub for its grand opening. In Spain, Mother Nature hampers Nigel and Fede's guesthouse renovation, while B&B owner Emma gets creative as she trials art classes for her guests.

Episode 3
It's first orders at Emily and Dave's new pub in France, but with kitchen dramas and an overflowing bar keeping them on their toes, success is not guaranteed. Emma takes her Spanish B&B in a new direction and there's a call to arms as DIY novices Nigel and Fede try to keep their Spanish guesthouse renovation going.

After winning the keys to a French B&B on a TV game show, Nichola and Roy from Belfast claim their life-changing prize. Plumbing problems plague the renovations of Nigel and Fede's former guesthouse in Spain, while in France, Emily and Dave open their kitchen in a bid to keep the tills ringing at their new pub.

In France, Nichola and Roy welcome their first B&B guests, while new publicans Emily and Dave try to capitalise on the busy summer season. Over in Spain, Nigel and Fede open the doors to their newly renovated guest house. Will their hard work pay off?

In Italy, Rob and Fran from London gamble it all on a new family home and a glampsite. In France, novice hosts Racheal and Jay begin to convert a rundown farmhouse into holiday gîtes, while antiques enthusiast Ian opens his own shop and starts to renovate a house in his dream location.

Episode 7
At Rob and Fran's glampsite in Italy, an ambitious open-air event space is under construction, but is it wind proof? In France, will a prime location be enough to entice customers into Ian's antiques shop? And renovations continue at Racheal and Jay's farmhouse, but an injury causes an unexpected setback.

Episode 8
There's a tight turnaround for Rob and Fran's glampsite in Italy when guests request an early check-in. Renovations are rapid at Ian's new venture in France, but with the budget blown, can he open his B&B before the money runs out? And novice wine makers Racheal and Jay tackle vineyard maintenance, with mixed results.

In Italy, Rob and Fran host local food producers at their glampsite, showcasing their very own olive oil. In Bulgaria, Lynn and David battle bureaucracy to build their new life. In France, Racheal and Jay aim to branch out with log cabins, but the wood delivery is nowhere to be seen.

Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
