Des is championing Alton in Hampshire with friends and family nearby, but Caline feels their future lies in the Valencia region of Spain. Jonnie is given a budget of £500,000 to convince Caline to stay in the UK, but it's going to be close as Laura tries to entice Des to Spain with three amazing properties costing up to £350,000.
