But Silicon Valley is one of the most-expensive real estate markets in the country, so they have to limit their search to condos and fixer-uppers. Meanwhile, Tyler is a native Texan living in Austin. He's tired of sharing a place with roommates and wants to purchase his own party pad in a trendy urban neighborhood. Both homebuyers have the same $600,000 budget, but who will get the best value for the dollar?
