Documentary exploring Bognor Regis's busiest recruitment agency, and revealing the impact that lockdown and Britain leaving the EU had had on their working routine. With the majority of their workforce coming from Eastern Europe, they have now found themselves massively short-handed, and organise a job fair to attract Bognor's unemployed people onto the agency's books.

Young Guns
As the hospitality industry cautiously opens up post lockdown, it finds a workforce unwilling to return after several months of furlough. Sarah and Rich are determined to come to the rescue and scour the streets of Bognor looking for young people to fill the roles.

Job for Life
The country is brought to a standstill during the pandemic and Sarah is feeling the strain. Rich considers knife throwing as a way out, but Sarah looks further afield to escape the daily grind. A pensioner who refuses to retire is chasing a waitressing job on the high street, while some shocking news puts the whole purpose of a working life in a new light.
