The Defense argues the man believed his life was in danger and he acted in self-defense. With the entire incident recorded on cellphone, the Prosecution believes the man was the aggressor and this was intentional homicide. Is he a pocket knife killer or a vulnerable vacationer?

Deadly Driver or Car Crash Survivor?
A man is killed instantly after a head on collision with a young mother driving home from a late-night shift at a Florida hotel. The Prosecution allege she was under the influence and caused the crash. However, the Defense are desperate for the jury to hear evidence that might prove otherwise. Is she a DUI driver or innocent survivor?

One Punch Killer or Protective Brother?
A frightening assault ends in tragedy when teenagers shoot splat ball guns at two brothers playing a nighttime basketball game; a fight ensues between the youths, leaving a 17-year-old dead at the scene.

Killer Knifeman or Innocent Defender?
A 52 year old VP of a Medical Center faces 95 years in prison for fatally stabbing a doctor's husband. He insists he was trapped, by a man intent on harming him, and forced to defend himself. But the Prosecution argues CCTV proves he's the aggressor and should be found guilty of manslaughter. Is he a killer knifeman or is he an innocent defender?

Negligent Midwife or Responsible Caregiver?
In Nebraska, an unlicensed midwife assists a home birth that ends in tragedy. The Defense believes the midwife took the correct decisions during the birth but the Prosecution allege she was inadequately qualified and charge her with Negligent Child Abuse resulting in Death. Is she a negligent midwife or a responsible caregiver?

A peaceful Sunday morning ends in tragedy when a car accident ends in a deadly altercation. A 25-year old man is charged with Second Degree Murder after he shoots a teenage driver dead. Facing up to 40 years in prison, the Defense claims he was ambushed and acted in self-defense. But the Prosecution believe he could have left the scene. Is he a cold-blooded killer or a terrified shooter?

An angry confrontation leads to a 31-year-old father facing life behind bars, after shooting his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend in the leg. He insists he was defending his ex and their child from an intruder, after the ex-boyfriend broke into her home. But the incident was captured on video and the Prosecution believe it shows a violent attack. Is he an angry ex or a defensive dad?

Murderous Cop or Innocent Gunman?
An off-duty police officer shoots a man in the chest after a social event explodes into a deadly argument, between the two men. The Defense believes this is a clear case of self-defense. But when an eyewitness changes their statement, the Prosecution charges him with murder. Is he a murderous off-duty cop or an innocent gunman?

Freeway Shooter or Innocent Father?
A 21-year old man is charged with domestic terrorism after a spree of shootings, on the freeway, sends the public into panic. Facing over 100 years in prison, the young father claims he has an alibi. But the Prosecution insists they have proof the gun used in the shootings belongs to him. Is he a domestic terrorist or innocent father?

Murderous Wife or Battered Spouse?
A husband stumbles from a car and dies in the street after an altercation with his wife spirals out of control. The wife claims she has no memory of wounding him but, when the police investigate, she is charged with Second Degree Murder. Is she a murderous wife or a battered spouse?
