K.D.Pathak gets kidnapped by a group of Dacaits later in the Car, Dacaits of Chambal located in Madhya Pradesh narrates a story while they were on their way and K.D.Pathak reveals the group of Dacaits that he is well aware of Daku Subedar Sing who was in army and he had also decided to surrender. Daku Subedar Singh's Brother-in-law reminds him about the revenge that they had against Daku Avadh Singh as Daku Subedar was about to surrender. Later, he declares that once he surrenders, his place will be soon taken by his own Brother-in-law. Daku Subedar's Dada reveals K.D.Pathak that Avadh Singh killed Daku Subedar Singh's younger Brother Ratti Ram. Daku Subedar Singh decides to take revenge and thus he gets arrested for killing Thakur Avadh Singh. Dacaits orders K.D.Pathak to fight Daku Subedar Singh's case as he is innocent. K.D.Pathak reveals in the court that Daku Subedar Singh's rifle was jammed due to which he failed to kill Thakur Avadh Singh but Defense Lawyer does not agree to it.
