X Government employee Sudhir Joshi gets arrested for throwing Kerosene bomb in Kurla Registrar office later, Judge reveals K.D.Pathak to fight Sudhir Joshi's case as a Public Prosecutor and he agrees too. On the other side in the court, Sudhir reveals K.D.Pathak that 1 week before he was suspended by his Senior registrar Rathore as he was trying to stop the corruption later, a citizen who came for some official work in the office during the blast day informs K.D.Pathak that he saw him escaping from the office and also submits his lighter in the court which he forgot to pick up while escaping. Tatya Rao tells court that Sudhir came to his house to ask for Kerosene and constructed bomb in his Son Aadarsh's T-shirt but Sudhir disagrees to admit that he threw the bomb in the office. Suri Builder is involved in 100 crore scam and use to often send money to senior registrar Rathore. K.D.
