K.D.Pathak gets surprised to see 2 important evidence, a peacock's feather and a medicines's bottle later, K.D.Pathak reveals Varun to collect information about the medicine and on the other side, K.D.Pathak succeed in solving the mystery of Peacock's feather. Babanrao Shivalkar reveals K.D.Pathak that he left his bag in the hall to see MLA Shinde and just when K.D. was about to leave the jail he hears a sound of flute. Lord Krishna tells Babanrao that even he is assuming that Lord Krishna killed MLA Shinde. Lord Krishna assures Babanrao that he will reveal the truth in the court no matter whatsoever may be the consequences. Jaiswal makes fun of Babanrao as he reveals in court that Lord Krishna himself will come in the court to save Babanrao Shivalkar but Lord Krishna does not arrive and furious Babanrao Shivalkar admits that he killed MLA Shinde. Jaiswal reveals K.D.Pathak that he found Lord Krishna's Flute and a Peacock's feather.
