Adam's quest to find the best sandwich in America takes him to the Gulf Coast where he'll crown a region champ. Will it be the famous shrimp po' boy, Cuban medianoche sandwich or grouper Reuben sandwich?

South
Adam Richman's quest to find the best sandwich in America takes him to the South. He'll compare an Asian flank steak sandwich, a chicken cheddar biscuit and the chicken conquistador sandwich with special sauces.

Midwest
Adam's quest for the best sandwich takes him to the Midwest where he'll sample Chicago's 4-courser and Al's Italian beef sandwiches, as well as, St. Louis' heart-stopping BLT sandwich.

Mid Atlantic
Adam's quest to find the best sandwich in America brings him to the Mid Atlantic. He'll sample a crab cake sandwich in Baltimore, a chicken club sandwich in DC and a fried chicken sub sandwich in Richmond.

North West
Adam's Best Sandwich search brings him to the Northwest where he rates an oxtail sandwich, a roast beef sandwich stuffed with fries and a pork belly Cubano.

West Coast
Adam heads to the West Coast to rate a pulled pork sandwich in Los Angeles, a BBQ tri-tip sandwich in San Diego and a pulled lamb sandwich in San Francisco.

Great Lakes
Adam's hunt for the best sandwich in America leads him to the Great Lakes, where he'll name the best in the region. The competitors are: a fish taco torta in Minneapolis, a prime rib sandwich in Green Bay and the Yardbird sandwich in Detroit.

Southwest
Adam's search for the best sandwich in America brings him to the Southwest, where he picks the best between a BBQ brisket sandwich in Driftwood, TX, a beef tongue sandwich in Austin, TX, and a 12-ingredient torta in Phoenix, AZ.

New England
Adam's quest for the Best Sandwich in America lands him in New England. He samples a crab-filled grilled cheese in Portsmouth, NH, a lobster roll in Maine and an oven-roasted turkey hoagie in New Haven, CT.

Championship Finale
The 10 regional sandwich winners (plus 2 surprise wild cards!) face off for the chance to take home the title of Best Sandwich in America in the Championship Finale.
