Adrian visits a family butchers who have been serving an unusual local delicacy since the 1900s. He learns about the art of stone masonry at the top of Lincoln Cathedral and meets a farmer who keeps one of Britain's oldest breeds of cattle, before cooking up a tasty regional snack for some local folk singers.
