Afsnit 3

Frank is determined to use Bogdan to get to Waldman, so when he learns that one of Bogdan's decoys is under trial for tax evasion, he cleverly tricks his colleague into giving him the case. Unfortunately, the prosecution is led by none other than Patricia Staaf, who up until their recent breakup had been Frank's lover. Before he can get on the case, a beat-up Brian shows up on Frank's doorstep and begs for his help. Since Frank got him off the hook so quickly, Bogdan is certain that Brian is a snitch and is sure to have him killed unless Frank helps him out. Frank agrees on one condition, that Brian testifies against Bogdan.
