Dr Ayman and Dr Jehad team up to manipulate 20-year-old Tom's ankle back into position after an accident playing football. Elderly Jimmy and Penny had travelled hundreds of miles and been awake for 20 hours trying to reach their goddaughter's wedding, when Jimmy tripped and smashed his face onto a kerb.
