Afonya is unable to cope with work and finds new ways to magically interfere in the lives of residents. Semenych is building a recreation area for the residents of the house, but strange incidents continue. After Afoni's intervention, the "Ghostbusters" flee, and Semenych and Tatiana hold a housewarming party, but problems appear again.

Afonya and Kikimora continue to fight for influence, and Semenych tries to maintain family order, despite Afonya's interference in the personal affairs of his neighbors. Semenych is trying to adapt to a new life, but there is tension in his family's home, especially after Afoni's interference in the family's plans.

Residents of the house complain about problems, including strange incidents with Athos. Afonya continues to interfere in the affairs of Semenych and his family, and Tatiana finds more and more evidence of magical interference. As a result, it becomes clear that Semenych and Afonya must deal with the consequences.

Afonya continues her espionage games, while Semenych and Tatiana face the consequences of magic. Athos arranges a series of magical incidents, including with a criminologist and spy devices, which leads to further unpleasant situations.

Afonya and Semenych prepare for the inspection, but Afonya disappears through the ceiling of the elevator, and Tatiana begins an investigation. Kikimora offers Athos marriage on condition of winning the brownie contest, and Semenych shows interest in Tatiana.

Sergei and his family move in with Semenych, and Afonya admits that he has to leave for a promotion. Agents looking for an "alien" receive a new order, and Sergei accidentally reveals Afoni's magical abilities.

Agents inspect Semenych's apartment, and he himself fails the inspection of the Ministry of Construction. Afonya comforts him, and Sergei informs him that he has bought an apartment in this building.

Innokenty wins the Golden Housekeeper Award, Kikimora leaves in tears, and AFONYA decides to stay in the house. Tatiana finds out that her ex-husband lives with brownies, and Semenych saves her granddaughter, gaining her trust.
