Ainsley Harriott demonstrates flavour-packed recipes and begins by exploring how spices can work wonders in food, making a brunch dish of ras el hanout shakshuka. Fellow chef and spice enthusiast Thuy Pham scours the markets looking for cooking inspiration for her chicken pho dish, while Ranj Singh pops in to the kitchen to cook butter chicken with turmeric rice and mango and mint yoghurt.

Ainsley is back in his kitchen, and this time he is exploring fruity flavours - whether savoury or sweet - with chef April Jackson and actor and comedian John Thomson.

Cheesy
Ainsley Harriott explores the huge range of flavours, both savoury and sweet, that come from cheese. First up, he demonstrates how to make his manchego and chorizo stuffed chicken with roasted asparagus and cheesy potato gratin, before chef Sam Holland heads out to meet some passionate cheese makers. Later, Ainsley makes mini basque cheesecakes with orange compote.

Sweet
Ainsley Harriott demonstrates recipes featuring sweet flavours, making a butternut squash tarte Tatin with urfa chilli, walnuts and feta. Paul A Young marries cinnamon with chocolate in his truffles, while actress Samia Longchambon shares a family favourite in the form of Moroccan chicken with sweet couscous.

Fresh
Chef Ainsley Harriott celebrates the freshest flavours, getting the show going with a pea and mint soup served with crispy pancetta and fresh herb and feta toast. Aldo Zilli checks out the world of tomatoes, before cooking fettuccine chitarra al pomodoro arrosto, while singer and actor Martin Kemp pops in to make seared tuna with spring onion mash and roasted tomatoes.

Herby
This time all the dishes focus on the power of herbs, with Ainsley cooking up a brilliant breakfast dish and being joined by Thuy Pham and actress and keen cook Lisa Snowdon.

Floral
Ainsley gets creative with floral flavours this time - April Jackson has an expert rum tasting, and singer Ella Eyre joins Ainsley to cook a fragrant pork and mint rice bowl.

Meaty
Ainsley makes the most of meaty flavours, including a potato rosti, a meat masterclass with Sam Holland, and the secrets behind the favourite dish of Richard Madeley's family.

Ainsley Harriott celebrates the foods that give us nutty flavours, including Paul A Young learning about the complexities of coffee and gymnast Louis Smith's lemon linguine.

Earthy
This time sees Ainsley Harriott enjoy earthy flavours, featuring Aldo Zilli's mushroom gnocchi and TV treasure Gloria Hunniford going back to her roots with a one-pot dish.
