A local who has fallen into the ocean is frozen in fear, refusing to let go of a rock ledge. A head on car collision leaves two tourists in trouble. A school student on a charity walk hurts her ankle.

The air crew is called in when a local paramedic 4x4 is stuck while tending to a trailbike accident. A team of scuba divers get in trouble when their boat capsises off Botany Bay.
