Alaska State Troopers - Season 6

Season 6
Episodes

Guns, Cash, & Coke
Troopers chase a wanted and dangerous man through a forest after he crashes his car into a hotel at 100 miles per hour, injuring three people. The hunt for illegal bootleggers hiding in the villages near Kotzebue becomes complicated when the sighting of a big brown bear threatens the safety of the officers. Later, troopers assist an aggressive man under the influence of some type of drug after receiving a call about his incoherent behavior.

Meth, Knives, & Spears
The troopers begin their shift in a dangerous area of the Mat-Su Valley where heavy drug use and drug trafficking are common. After a couple hostile traffic stops and a meth bust, the troopers set up animal decoys to catch illegal road hunters as they attempt to kill helpless fowl. Later, the troopers respond to reports of alcohol-related incidents, including a drunken bicyclist claiming he was hit by a car on the highway.

Burning Alaska
A man armed with an assault rifle threatens safety in a nail-biting standoff and one trooper must rely on his negotiating skills to dissolve the situation before it turns violent. Meanwhile, worry runs high as an out-of-control wildfire heads straight for Fairbanks, Alaska's second-biggest city. As night falls, evacuating the dangerous area of all residents proves to be a more challenging task than expected.

One in the Chamber
Troopers pursue illegal moose hunters in the mountains surrounding the Mat-Su Valley, but the search turns dicey when they come across a fresh, warm grizzly bed still ripe with the stink of the bear. Later, all units rush to the scene when they receive a call about a man with a stolen gun. A tense four-hour standoff ensues when the suspect flees to a nearby residence. The chaos continues when troopers come across some drugged-up fishermen they must detain.

Crawl Space Capture
Troopers brave the dangerously frigid winter night as they hunt for a man who is threatening to end his mother's life, but the search gets complicated when the leads turn cold. Elsewhere in Alaska, Troopers are called to a remote native village to rid the community of an unwelcome intruder, and later, respond to a family camping trip turned violent. Troopers are then asked to sort out a stolen-car case with multiple twists and turns.

In the Line of Duty
Follow the troopers as they enter into the cold, dark and dangerous world of Alaska's criminals. In the Mat-Su Valley, Sgt. Manrique is forced into a father and son conflict in which the father nearly stabbed his son to death. Then in Wasilla, Trooper Cronin investigates a suspicious truck in a gas station parking lot and finds a familiar face ' a felonious woman he's been searching for. Meanwhile up in Fairbanks, Trooper Haley gets word of an intoxicated man camping in the Alaskan woods.

Too Drunk to Drive
From a hot pursuit on ice-covered roads to a moose disrupting busy streets, no patrol measures up to the bone-chilling magnitude as those of Alaska's state troopers. In Fairbanks, Trooper Rallo is in dangerous pursuit of a stolen vehicle. Down in Palmer, a call comes out to Trooper Taylor of a car accident involving a moose on the Glenn Highway, where thousands of drivers commute every day. In Homer, Trooper Chaffin searches for the suspect of a local burglary before he flees the state.

Cut in the Gut
Troopers Noll, Taylor and Hess arrive on the scene of a crime of sheer brutality. A scorned ex-husband has been viciously stabbed, leaving him nearly eviscerated and on the verge of losing his life. In the Mat-Su Valley, Trooper Determan is called to investigate a rolled-over vehicle. When he and the paramedics arrive, they find the car in a frozen swamp with an unconscious man trapped inside. Then in Juneau, Wildlife Trooper Bjork investigates nearly 100 unattended shrimp pots in the waters.

Backwoods Bust
Trooper Cronin is patrolling Palmer's slippery streets when he gets a call about a suspected drunk driver going in the wrong direction. Across the valley, Trooper Taylor investigates the theft of a $15,000 ATV and goes on a 12-hour hunt that leads him into the Alaska woods in the dead of night. North in Fairbanks, Trooper Mike Munson responds to a call that a man who threatened his former landlord's life is stalking outside the landlord's home.

Head-On Collision
On the Parks Highway ' the busiest stretch of road between Anchorage and Fairbanks ' a head-on collision between an SUV and semi-truck shuts down the highway. Trooper Anderson arrives at the scene to find those in the SUV badly injured, and must work quickly with the emergency crew to save those whose lives are on the line. Across the valley, Trooper Noll responds to a burglary in progress and drives head-on into imminent danger, chasing after the suspect on ice-covered roads.
